Refund policy

At GP Moto, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless defective.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refunds will be processed after inspection and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
